The customer service guy who was at work around 7.30 am today which is 23/07/2022 is extremely rude and needs to be trained to greet people and be nice to them.

Went in on Saturday morning and swapped over a gas bottle and the gas bottle that I picked up was faulty. Returned on the Sunday morning to swap it over for a replacement and all they could say was We can't deal with it

I attended this 7/11 yesterday, went to the self serve coffee and found it hot to hold so used two cups which made it fine. Picked up two sandwiches and then went to the counter. The attendant said I can’t use two cups, I advised him it was too hot to hold, he then told me that it’s all temperature tested and I can’t use two cups. I then said well I can’t hold it so I can’t buy it, I’ll just take the sandwiches. He then said no I’m not selling you any food you can get out. I couldn’t believe it!

I'm a local and love this place so much more convenient than a big supermarket, good range (even the packet sandwiches go ok relatively which was unheard of 10 years ago), and very reasonably priced compared to servos in the old days. I'm a night owl too so can stroll down at any silly hour and pick up a few things with basically no one around. Perfect. Can't say I've ever been overly welcomed by the staff but never rude and they have a tough monotonous job so give them a break and cannot understand all the negativity. Very good shop

I will give minus zero star, to the Indian guy with beard was rude and arrogant, we bought few pies, petrol and coffee he was stalking us first as we were choosing the food, he wanted us to pay 30 Cent for each sauce, for the each pie we bought, never go there again, very rude and backward staff. I don’t know any Seven Eleven charge for the sauces… that was first time we ever heard and seen that…. Robbers……

Very convenient shop. Neat and Tidy. Always open for petrol and all your essential items. Very well lit up for your safety- like daylight. Good fresh food. Cheap or reasonable and competitive prices.

Go to the store every night after work around 12.30am, and buy fuel there weekly. Last night, stood at the door with the buzzer ringing over and over. The worker was stacking sandwiches in the display case. Looked at us several times. Ignored us completely. He got his wish and we left. Will never return.
