Extremely happy with the installation. Emailed Jim's" yesterday afternoon after 5pm (24/11/21) and was able to have three taps installed today (25/11/21). Calum was highly professional and very helpful through the whole process. We upgraded from standard taps in both our bathrooms to new modern mixers and couldn't be happier. Our kitchen mixer was leaking and also very loose (15 years old - despite a number of attempts to correct this myself
