Generally good. One less than agreeable customer service moment when I had to return a curtain rod that was missing the fixing parts - like I had to make sure their stock was in perfect condition! Rude.

Always good to have a wander around bunnings. Grab a few expensive hotdogs and grab a few plants. You can bring your dogs in too I think. Parking's easy and so are the specials, when they have them and when they have them in stock

I agreed with other reviews here. Returning Hire Shop has very rude staff. I hired a Van and Madison processed the hire very slow. When handing me the key, she doesn’t even bother saying “thanks” or look at me when I say thanks to her.On the returning of the vehicle, another lady handle the return. I took the key to the store and let her know I return the van and the trolley is in the van. She insisted me to take a walk to the van just to get the trolley out of the van and bring to the store before she goes checking the vehicle condition on return. She need to check the vehicle anyway so why I need to the walk?I was charged 1hour late fee even though I was late just 40min. Most other companies have grace period of 1hour when the vehicle was hire for a day.When she finished and hand me receipt, I just say thank you just to be polite, but she doesn’t even bother saying thanks back or look at me.Then, I went back to the car park and drive home, and she realised that she forgot to apply the late fee for the trolley as well, so she called me again and asked me to go back.It was just funny because the trolley is just 19$ for 24hours, and she want to charge extra for 30min late?Date 12/6/2023 10:30In general, I am not happy with my rental

The boys in painting area at 4:40pm was so inexperienced when he said he cant do the tinted only to mix with 10L vivid white paint that im already purchased from bunnings last time. Instead of filling the mixture into the can and mix it. Just fill it to the jar and i do the mixing myself at home.

Worst experience ever!!Greeted by a rude staff member who was so upset i asked about a product alyspan that had just newly been added to bunnings stores.Wow was she so mad that i actually knew what i was talking about flat put rude and ignorant.Who else feels that ever since covid bunnings staff treat you like it's a privilege to shop there. Staff is out of control and ruining the business.My last 3 encounters with bunnings have been terrible.People need to start boycotting this place just purely because of the way staff treat customers.Never shopping there again.Mitre 10 here i come!!!!

I come here once in a while to buy items that I need immediately for work or at home. There are pretty often items out of stock. But the staff was very friendly and helpful and came up with recommendations for similar items. Really appreciated.

Ordinarily, I would give them 5 stars for customer service. But today, there was a lazy person on the garden centre check out.The other check out person was serving a customer- I walked up, and the lazy one said to go to the other lady - I was the only next customer.She said that if there were 10 customers waiting, she would serve them, but her job was to watch people coming and going out that door - there was no one else coming or going - just me.I mentioned that I was the only other customer - so who was she going to watch now - the eye roll I got said it all.I'd like a job like that - just to watch

I brought a dewalt power saw with battery, it was on special. I used it all day cutting up odds and ends in the backyard. I amhappy with the product.I am also pretty impressed with the BBQ area. Pizza oven and so on.The parking area is massive.Also a handy bit of information is the bunnings app.It tells you what lane the product you are looking for is in.How good is that..

Exceptional service from David this evening. I had an issue with a rare part that I needed to fix a salon cutting stool. Although Bunnings didn’t have to exact part, David came up with a solution on the spot. Thank you so much, you saved me from throwing out a perfectly good piece of equipment!
