Bad attitude. I encountered a Staff member who expressed disapproval of checking vaccination status. She got on her soap box about it and said it was like “Nazi Germany”. I asked for black and white photos and she selected colour. When I spoke up she said “Not once did you ask for black and white!” in a rather aggressive tone. I knew I did but it was a pointless argument. She said I didn’t and I said I did. I will never go back.

Bad customer service, the staff is not friendly at all and tend to be rude,. You shouldn’t work in customer service if you don’t have people skill or friendly attitude. I’ll never go back again.

Have used toronto many times, however they lost 3 roll's of my film i took in to get developed. will never go back there again.

Walked in the store and immediately racial slurs were thrown left and right broke down in tears as I fell to my knees in the store had to crawl out just to escape quietly. 10/10 would recommend

Do not ask about getting a 110 film developed, you will receive a very rude response. The elderly lady is not friendly at all. Extremely bad customer service. I only went to Kodak because it was a trusted company that i grew up with. Kodak your staff are letting you down. I will never go to the Toronto store again.

Lovely photo shop! Wonderful service and high quality prints, exactly as requested. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable shop owner. Also for passport and ID photos, enlargements, frames and other printing needs. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff, prints photos on the fly. A little bland and colourless looking for a photo shop though, wish they had more colour and decoration.
