My Samsung Z Fold 2 was fairly sick. Smart lab staff took great care of it. Although the parts took some time it has returned to me in like new condition which is 100% better than when I took it to them. Great dealing with all staff and they kept me up with it's progress. Thanks very much to all.

They got varietal case options from old to the newest model to choose from. Got a nice flip case for my aunts’ old HTC and also one for my new s20. Try them if you can’t find one for your phone. Highly recommended!

Well I'll never go there again have no idea how to fix a phone and also charged me $30 for just looking at the phone and changed the battery and it still wouldn't charge at all and I still had too pay for it so I went somewhere else and they said it was the charger cable port that needed fixing not replace the battery and charge me $90 for and not fix it.

Terrible experienceI paid $170 dollars for a screen replacement which stopped working after less than two weeks (phone was not damaged or dropped at all during this time) and it took me four days to get my phone back from them, I returned to the stop three times (under there instruction) and then told the phone was not ready.When I returned and told them the screen had stopped working the staff were argumentative and tried to charge me another $280 for screen replacement instead of trying to make right on the faulty work I paid for previously. I went elsewhere, highly recommend iTech repairs in Braybrook instead. He had my phone fixed in 30 minutes for half the price and told me to bring it back if I had any issues.

Wouldn’t recommend to buy from this place. Bought iPhone screen protector and case from here and they said it’s a good quality and can came back if there are any issue. Used it for two weeks and the screen protector stated to chip off randomly as if it was dropped. Visited the store and they are not willing to listen and looking for reasons how not to support and says you might have dropped it or scratched it with keys and so on. They asked for receipt, I showed them, they say it’s more than a week..asking to come again on another day. Careless and pathetic customer service ☹️

Good service! I shopped at the store today and the staff was very welcoming upon entering the store and checking out. I had forgotten my bottle at the counter and the staff came out to give it to me, despite the store being busy.
