when my husband drives car to this shop at booking time ,Receipt told my husband, no your car tyre in the store and need change the time ,the shop never text messages to my husband before, wasted my time,Very bad service!

I want to say a huge thank you to these guys. I thought I had a issue with my car and engine. Took it in for an inspection. Turns out my car has no issues or problems. They were ultra polite and friendly and they did not charge a fee for the time they spent inspecting my car. Thank you I can see why people speak highly of you guys

I can’t speak highly enough about the team at Bridgestone Victoria Point. After an absolute shocker of a day breaking down nowhere near home, they went out of their way to fit me in and charged less than what was quoted. Good old fashioned customer service these days is hard to come by, and these guys are a pure representation of just that. Absolutely cannot recommend enough, thank you so much!

I cannot complain one bit about the service I received from Vinny and the team at Bridgestone Victoria Pt. They fitted me in at the last minute and got my 4wd back up and running.Great old fashioned service at a reasonable price too. Definitely recommend this company.

I’ve had 2 separate experiences with these guys, both times stellar! First, bought 2 tyres, came on time and installed quickly at great price. Second time, came round to have a tyre (and wheel alignment) checked after stupidly hitting a curb… looked into it straight away and gave me the all clear without charging for unnecessary services. Really appreciate the honesty, speed and overall great customer service. Highly recommend.

Amazing service - these guys fit me in for a tyre puncture repair and were so accommodating, helpful and decent! They were convenient to the spot where I got a flat tyre and Jason and his team were all magnificent. Highly recommend these stellar humans.

Got a puncher on way home from work. It was 4.15pm and I called every tyre place in capalaba and none could get me in. Bridgestone Victoria point got me in. Did the job. The shop is clean and has a great waiting room where you can see them work on your car. Highly recommend.
