I have been a T&G customer for many years and assumed that all people working for this brand are professionals. I booked with Tim for a short haircut and show him an exact picture of me with the haircut I had at T&G a few years ago and he was not able to do the same style. After my comment that it is much different, he just spread his hands and walked away! I almost cry after see what he did with my hair! Had to go to another hairdresser to fix up what had been done. Will never come back to T&G, very disappointed!Update: The T&G team contacted me over the phone offering a complimentary haircut and coloring. After rejecting the offer, they refunded me the full amount I paid for the visit. I must say that I'm impressed by their attitude toward solving a problem and going the extra mile to retain a loyal customer. I wish all businesses did the same.

The whole team made me feel so welcomed and took the time to help me create a style I love. Tim and Louise really go the extra mile to satisfy their customers. I have finally found a super talented stylist and colourist that are truly passionate about their work. Thank you!!

Excellent service!Alicia was my hair colourist and she did an amazing job!My hair was a disaster walking in..It was a full head of blonde foils GONE WRONG...Alicia gave me a bleach bath to extract the grey/blue/silver hair that I had going on... She then did a root stretch and added some foils in the front of my hair to frame my face.As my hair was extremely damaged from the full head foils gone WRONG! My hairdresser (Alicia) was careful with doing as little to no harsh chemical work. She was very gentle in doing my hair which I really appreciate.I'd also like to thank the senior hair stylists Louise and Mandy for there input but I really have to give the credit to Alicia as it was her magic hands that fixed my hair...The service here is excellent, from the hospitality to the hair work done.

In my experience this is an excellent salon run by quality management with delightful staff.

I had the pleasure of going to Toni & Guy Cronulla for their Pink Scissor program. Andy was my hairdresser for the day and from the time I walked in I felt safe. It was such a relief to be treated to something so special instead of countless Doctors rooms. Andy made me feel like a queen while I was there. I was spoilt with tea, a head massage and the best cut and Blow dry I have ever had . I also have to make a special mention the owner, Lou who arranged the appointment for me . Her love and support was overwhelming. She truely was Like an Angel who took me and cared for me . Thank you Lou and Andy for a wonderful experience ❤️
