Lake Imaging - Bacchus Marsh Hospital

Under staffed, poor communication and lack of compassion.My daughter was sent for an emergency ultrasound for suspect appendicitis. Only one person was on reception and was held up on the phone the whole time. While in the waiting room (only us), my daughter vomited and we were completely ignored and offered no assistance. Once in for the ultrasound, like the receptionist the tech was cold. When d asked if she could see any inflammation the tech said no. Not mentioning it only shows up %50 of the time. The tech wanted to speak with the receptionist but didn't wait. As we'll walking to our car we had a nurse run up the hill from the clinic to inform us to go to emergency asap as the blood work came back. The doc clinic had tried to reach us (mobiles off here) they tried to call through to lake imaging but no-one answered. -Under staffed, poor communication and lack of compassion.-

Their new app turned my baby video into 131 separate static images, which was somewhat upsetting as due to COVID I couldn't have anyone with me to see the baby's heartbeat for the first time so was hoping to show them the video later. Once I told the staff what happened the Senior Technician let me come back in and scanned me again so I could record the heartbeat on my phone to share with my family and friends. She was so kind and compassionate. Were it not for social distancing I would have given her a hug. Excellent staff, hopefully the app will be fixed soon.

Trying to book an appointment and getting the call center in Sunbury is a nightmare. The staff are rude and poorly trained, making the booking at the wrong location and then asking for everything a second time. The person answering the phone was so rude I ended up up using a different service to get the scan. This is a shame as the staff at Bacchus Marsh have been great in the past. I have never had anything but positive experiences with the on site staff

Would like to say huge thank you to Sonika. She did my baby's growth scan and her communication and attitude is truly fantastic.Reception is very friendly as well.

Cannot fault my experience here, I had all normal scans for my pregancy through Lake Imagine BM and a few growth and emergency scans to.Every appointment was met with a good chat and reassurance my bub was doing great!Every different women I saw you could tell they have so much experience and are just amazing at their jobs. Waiting times was never an issue and you weren't just a number to get through, they took their time and printed the best photos they could everytime :) Thank you so much for sure an amazing experiance ♡

Total lack of empathy caused great stress and unnecessary anxiety to a person who is quite ill. Worth the drive to Melton Lake Imaging to avoid this situation.

The best experience ever. The sonographer name Sonika was simply the best. The communication was great. Definitely coming here for all the appointments in the future. Thanks every staff members in Bacchus marsh Lake imaging for excellent support.

Hello , I’m very pleased to write this big thank you & positive feedback for SONIKA.I had an emergency 20 week morphology ultrasound scan at baccush marsh due to my bleeding I came to the hospital and I was worried for the baby. I was very nervous about the procedure upfront. I cannot thank you enough SONIKA for your professionalism, calming and caring nature that got me through the procedure today.You definately put me at ease today SONIKA and let me say not many medical staff have ever managed to do that.We ( me & my partner) really appreciated it thank you SONIKA .

I recently had to take my daughter in for both an ultrasound and then a xray. The reception staff were lovely and very early to deal with. I was very anxious about these scans and the results and asked them to please call me if they had a cancellation and could get me in earlier. I ended up being able to take my little one in a week earlier than first booked. I was very grateful! The woman doing the scan was great and she had to get the Radiologist to also have a look. I was panicking by this time. The Radiologist actually explained to me what he thought it was which was fantastic. Instead of stressing for the results to come to my doctor, he explaining it to me which meant a much less anxious wait. She ended up also needing an xray which they got her in straight away for. All in all my little one is totally fine and the whole experience from start to finish was perfect. My daughter enjoyed both her experiences and the staff were very patient with her. Thank you!
