I was informed by other retic specialist that my bore could not be salvaged so i contactWest Coast Irrigation.Nick prove this information to be incorrect and had a Davey pump installed up and running within an hour.Saving myself thousands and also making my dream come true of a tropical oasis in the making.Thanks to the team at West Coast Irrigation it's been a delightful experience from start to finish.Deb

Came to take a look at retic set up. First comment when I asked what thoughts were on problems was you tell me"......Walked around for a while. No real fixes suggested just that it would take a while and cost a lot.Suggest when a customer asks what issues you think the system has that you don't ask them to tell you what it is.Thens send a bill thereafter for the pleasure."

Asked them to come for a quote as our pump stopped working... Came out the next day for about 2 minutes, looked at the pump without getting in the hole and advised us to run it till the fuse blows so it becomes an insurance matter ..Got sent a 65 dollars invoice the next day for his trouble...

If I could give zero stars, I would.I have the house for sale in the Secret Harbour area and asked Coast to Coast to attend to replace and repair the sprinklers.They attended and left some of the replaced sprinklers in an unusable condition.Some of the sprinklers are literally half way up the fence and some didn't sprinkle at all whilst one of them was like a hose that flooded the area.After contacting the owner of the company to advise him of the issues they told me they are not responsible for work completed 3 weeks prior (whilst also stating the house was vacant)so what does that matter if the house is vacant. They have not taken any ownership over the quality of the work they provided and were dismissive of the feedback and photos I provided them (as attached).If you need sprinklers fixed in the Peel Region DO NOT USE Coast to Coast Irrigation.

Very professional outfit, from the fist contact via phone call, to the time and patience with the on site tech. He diagnosed the retic issues, repaired what we could and talked through a plan forward to a new garden! Very willing to help and share advice, can’t thank you enough.Very happy, thanks team.

Very helpful over the phone & arranged for an onsite appointment, the happy helpful team arrived on the booking day & went to work fixing the problem in no time.
