Watson's did an outstanding job making and installing a safety fence on my first floor veranda. The fit is millimetre perfect, the colour an exact match to the lower floor roof and the guys who did the installation were extremely polite, friendly and showed great craftmanship. All through the process from initial quoting to finished product was easy. If only all companies were so professional. I'm very happy! Thanks guys.

Some months ago, this company left serious damage to our garden that we are still trying to repair after placing a fence up on our retaining wall for a neighbour who particularly likes the aluminium, rather than green look. The damage done by Watson's included twelve 30cm wide streams of hardened concrete down our hedge and onto our grass. This destroyed our back lawn and garden furniture that was also covered in it. The Watson's contractor also broke our lemon tree in two. They pulled metres and metres of a 50 year old hedge off and left it hanging in mid air over our back yard. We are disgusted with the mess that they left. No apology, no attempt to clean up after themselves and no permission given by us to interfere with our property. We would not recommend a company with this level of care and certainly found our correspondence with them to be confusing and disappointing.

Beware of Lyn Watson as this company will charge you a lot of money for faulty workmanship and do damage to your property on install. If you complain about their quality of workmanship they abuse you and threaten you with violence.Do not use this company.

The customer service was outstanding, and the product was exactly what I was looking for. Watson's Aluminium answered all my questions and went above and beyond with my Balustrade. Will definitely use Watson's Aluminium again.
