BIG W Bonnyrigg

It's a big one compared to the others mostly. Has everything in order and different sections are displayed clearly so don't have to wander. Loved the service of the staffs and quality of the products. Everyday rewards is a big bonus.

Customer Service via phone: Dreadful & Extremely long waits - that is if the call is answered at all.Lay-by counter: Depending who is working depends on service received.Store kept in clean condition.Should consider leaving one assisted checkout open at all times.Self service checkout: Compared to other stores very average.Team members: The Staff that have been employed for many years have always been very welcoming, extremely helpful & a pleasure to deal with A++

BigW Bonnyrigg what can only be said with unhappiness at this stage.28 hours and still not picked a click to collect order? How can you run a business when customers want to pick up the item the same day not 1-2 days later! Turns out item is not in stock and its a stock on hand error and still hasnt been corrected on their stock counts more than 3 days later. Not marked out of stock immediately so hence the wait. Eventually marked as out of stock so refunded accordingly but as usual had to wait the 3-5 days for the funds to hit the account.You need to update your online business model and be faster and set deadlines of less than 3 hours to pick any item for click to collect.The online department is worse than BigW Merrylands I'm advisedand don't answer phones promptly. Then when they do answer put on hold for a long time and told she's busy she'll call you back. Did call back within a few hours apparently.Feel free to follow Wozzel local guide on Google maps. Very quiet store but no assistance to help you find what you need. It's more like a self-service store. There is plenty of parking in Bonnyrigg Plaza, even though it's still in the process of being upgraded.

Please, if you go to this BigW, do NOT go to Antonia for help. She will try her absolute hardest to push you away and give attitude when possible.Tried asking for help where she first ignored then reluctantly gave minimal assistance and essentially told me to f off.Went to another staff member who at least attempted to help but had no knowledge on the subject and thus went back to Antonia to ask for help for myself.Antonia then proceeded to bad mouth me right in-front of me for being deaf since I did not listen to her when she provided “her assistance”.Never have I been met with such disrespect and arrogance. I promise you I will never come back to this store and I urge other customers to stay clear and if you absolutely must go to this store avoid Antonia at all costs.

Big w Plumpton had 1 x JVC smart tv 65” in stock and upon calling they confirmed availability to which we placed the order , but we decided to go and pick and once we arrived , to our disbelief they had some stock issue and the item was deemed unavailable.This is a very poor service , quite neglecting and unprofessional!The plumpton site needs some training in reavers to stock controlling

All the essentials you need in the one place. Competitive prices. I also love how tough they are on refund policies. I know I can trust I’m not buying someone else’s dishonesty.

There really isn't anything to say about this store. It's clean, not crowded, very much a low key store with reasonable prices and reasonable customer service. Big W is known to have a person at the front of the store greeting customers in. At this one there didn't appear to be anyone and I think they need somebody to lift it at the front because there is a convience of having a store like Big W in a shopping centre.

Not comuilty friendly some works are unpredictable some works are so good and respectful I was tried like claim bye work he said to me your going to steel a 15 cent bag and some off the woman work's helped me out with him

Such friendly staff. I was impressed with their wide range of toys.
