absolutely unprofessional, good for 1950s may be, not 2019. Stay away if you need anything like a modern European hi-end solution for you place, they will for sure ruin your dream. Installer is a zero-knowledge dude. I found three errors in installation after inspection due to smoke leakage.

Staff were extremely helpful. They provided information on all the relevant products they had to suit my needs and in addition, they advised of what services I would require that they can not provide. We have not purchased yet, but will go back there when we are ready to buy.
