Called at 7am Sat he said he will be there soon. Called at 12midday said he's just finishing another job and has a rock in his tyre but he'll be there soon. Waited all day no show and no call to say can't make it. Don't waste your time with him he's unreliable

Had a battery replaced by this crew, they had forgotten to fit the stability bar onto battery, went back to let them know. I was told it wasn’t there in the first place which is not true, after disputing the fact the owner got aggressive and in my face pointing his finger at me. I would certainly not recommend to anyone -negative five star in my opinion

Amazing service and staff!Had my roadworthy done here on the same day and for a great price. They also helped me change my plates (thank you from a girl who knows nothing about cars lol)5 stars

Service was quick and easy but in the end we paid them $99 for the inspection only for them go tell us they wouldn't follow through with what was needed to get the safety certificate and making the inspectiom unofficial, so we had to go to another mechanic which was way more helpful but ended up paying for the inspection twice.... I don't think it's fair to have to pay full $99 when all u did was a 30min look over

Absolutely terrible customer service, piss poor professionalism regarding roadworthy inspection just a hand written scribble on a piece of oil covered paper, they left my diff filler bung loose so it fell out and caused major damages to my diff/ axles.Would not recommend, last time I go somewhere without first reading the reviews. This review does not come lightly they have had many chances to rectify prior to this.

If I could leave zero stars I would. RACQ send overheating car to this place on the weekend, they have the car for three days and drive it for 15 min hand it back and it overheats after leaving this place. What a joke. If this is how they treat two young kids needing help then my advice is do your homework. Poor assessment and they don't care. We will be taking this further. Spoke to the owner and got abuse.Just in addition my 18 daughter and boyfriend went back and he refused to help them. Wow what a great person and company.efuing to help. Two 18 year old kids on holiday.

Had a bad experience there last month.I did my Road worthy, got 14 days to fix some small issues. Fixes it with another mechanic, since Michel told me they are too busy. when i came back to the 2nd check Michael the manager told me he can’t pass me because he “doesn’t trust the other mechanic”. When i explained all is fixed, and he checked it, he said he has no time to print the paper for me. It took him 3 more days to do so (i had to call him every day).When I finally got it, it had a mistake on it- he told me its ok. Of course- it wasn’t, and the buyer had to get a new one from him when he bought it.I wrote this bad review already, 10 min later he called me and threatened me to delete this review or he will cancel my road worthy.(That’s why i am posting now again, sold the car already)That’s the first bad review i have ever wrote, they deserve it.

Never has it been so easy to get my car fixed! Shane and Michael were super knowledgeable and their team of mechanics were friendly and helpful.They made my day by turning an inconvenient situation into something so easy and stress free. They were honest and open about pricing and communicated the whole time. I recommend them to everyone and have already sent people to go see them for their car troubles who have also been happy with their service. My aircon has never been better in this Cairns heat! They will definitely be my go to guys for anything mechanical. 100% recommend.
