Fantastic treatment. I consistently have treatment, both for specific issues and regular fitness. Chris is an excellent physio. She takes a holistic approach in care by listening and understanding the problem. I felt she really understood the problem and was able to provide me with the best care. The information I was provided was easy to understand and I felt I could do the exercises at home with ease. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a physio.

Chris was the first Physio I saw that took the time to try to not only understand the root causes of my injury, but also spent significant amounts of time developing a comprehensive training routine - including gym workouts, mobility routines and activation exercises to treat this in the long-term too.If you've got a complicated injury you're not too sure what to do about - would definitely recommend Chris!

Christine from Aspire has been assisting me for several years. I suffered numerous serious injuries that required intense, specific rehabilitation. Christine's tailored approach, knowledge and care in regards to my treatment has given me a new lease on life. Without Christine's dedication and passion toward physiotherapy my rehabilitation would not have been a success and my life would be a lot different now. Can not recommend Aspire enough! Chris is an amazing physiotherapist, with so much knowledge. Her treatment of my neck for migraines to where they are now under control and I've been able to manage them with the stretches she gave me. Such a wonderful experience - don't look any further for a physio! Chris has a huge amount of knowledge and professionalism, while ensuring your physio experience is tailored to exactly what suits you and your body. She listened carefully when I first visited her for very tight leg muscles and was patient in talking me through the recommended exercises. She goes over and above to follow up with you and genuinely cares about your recovery journey. Such a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Chris!

Chris is an outstanding and extremely capable physio with tons of experience. Not only is she very competent, but she is personable and quite easy to get along with. Not only does she treat you well, but takes the time to explain things to her clients. By far the best physio I have seen and wouldn't want to see anyone else!
