Unfit for purpose, unbelievably poor service, bad attitude and everything unprofessional you can imagine. She's done literally close to nothing other than giving us very impatient and generic feedback on the initial phone call. She never went through the contract with us in details, instead giving us very generic info (containing errors) that we could have been obtained online. She responded to very few emails including being completely unresponsive on some key issues. She also didn't make any amendment on the sales contract for us - we had to personally do it ourselves.When we were forced to change conveyancing after numerous delays on her side, she tried to charge us $275 on basis of works she's never done. When we disputed the invoice, she then threatened us with debt collection agency. Oh boy, if only we can all collect money we haven't earned, we'd all be rich. What a joke.

Have now used VT Conveyancing multiple times as all my settlements and transactions have been handled professionally and efficiently. Always putting the client and their best interests first and not afraid to fight for them. Would highly recommend
