I am very happy with The Broadmeadows Vet. The surgery and waiting area were spotless. Dr Eshel gave our cats a thorough examination. Instructions for meds were delivered clearly. Our cats were treated with respect. We will definitely be making Dr Eshel our new Vet. Thank you

My dog has been a patient of Dr Eshel‘s for many years now, along with our new 7 month old puppy.Personally, I’m incredibly surprised and a little skeptical of the negative reviews listed;Dr Eshel, specifically, and his reception staff have always been as patient and as polite as can be.Costs have been in the same ballpark (if not less costly) than other vets I’ve spoken to, visited, and have heard of.In addition, depending on what we’re seen for, our costs are sometimes reduced or even waived with kindness without us even having asked, and there has never, EVER been any ‘surprise’ costs.We’re always told upfront to the best of everyone’s abilities as to what costs will be like, and I’ve never been overcharged or taken advantage of (and I compare vet bills with friends and family often, out of curiosity).Despite how busy the clinic can get, Dr Esh and his staff have even made exceptions occasionally and have seen my dog past closing hours when it was an emergency, again, without me having asked, but out of empathy and genuine care.Honestly, I’m terribly confused as to how the clinic has garnered the handful of negative reviews it’s received..The clinic has always been immensely hygienic compared to some others I’ve visited, and staff have always been polite.In regards to phones being answered while patients are at the front desk.. I’ve never been to any clinic for animals OR for people where that doesn’t occur..?I’ve also called before, understandably having to be put on hold when the clinic was very busy, and when I then asked questions about a baby bird I had found, the staff were nothing but patient in answering all my questions and kindly offered to take in the bird, and carefully instructed me on how to best bring it in.To top it all off, despite COVID, and small changes in procedures at times as a result, the quality of care provided has never wavered. At least, not for my visits.If I could give Dr Esh and his friendly team, ten stars, I would.

Ethel and his staff always take great care of your fur babies, I highly recommend them.

Appointment was at 0940 went in waited half an hour to be seen whilst there was no patients waiting. Saw the vet for 2mins and that's it. Was not happy with service provided to my pet. I do not find that this clinic has the best interest in animals. Paid $137 for 2mins and 1 injection.

Our beloved cat of 11 years Nish past away at home in his sleep. We were devastated and also had no idea what to do, but we new we wanted to cremate him. Being new to the area we called Broadmeadows Vet, and they were amazing. So kind caring and compassionate. Thank you so much ❤

Best veterinary team there is. A few days ago I tried to find a good vet for carrying my kitten and I called many vets to get an appointment for my kitten and I found out this vet just charged half of the other vets and also I had a very good experience .They are really kind, good caring, knowledgeable, and very gentle with pets . I was worried maybe my kitten would feel pain after the vaccine and other things but I saw she was happy so when she is happy I'm happy to. I recommend broadmeadows vet if you care about your pet and also your pocket.

It was my first time @ this Vet & was so impressed by the service given to my sick cat Rubee. The fees / cost for this visit was so cheap. Highly recommend this Vet clinic. Thankyou from Vicki & Rubee.

I was absolutely disappointed with this vet. Upon the advice of Moreland council I borrowed an approved trap to catch a pregnant Mum Cat in my yard. I was advised by the council to drop it at my local vet & they would pick her up. However Broadmeadmeadows Vet turned me away & said there was no way to help me. I work 9-5 Monday-Friday & can’t make it RSPCA Epping or the Lost Dogs Home in time so I was hoping for a little help. Especially since I had gone out of my way to get this poor stray safely off the street. VERY DISAPPOINTED
