Great professional company who are very helpful. They organised tempered glass screens for our newish iPhones. Mine had to be ordered in but when we went back it was there and they put it on for me. They also changed over my husband’s phone from a 4S to 6S, and everything was done very well, nothing was a problem to them.

A nice family-owned local company! My Macbook Pro needed a new screen. I dropped in, and they ordered the part. Two days later I brought my laptop back in, and 30 minutes later it was good to go, and they took care of all the warranty bits with Apple. They are friendly and clearly know their stuff. They also repair Windows and other devices like printers and such.

Very welcoming and reassuring nature. when Consumer comes with frustration and worry. They find a solution and fix the problem. I recommend this place than going around other apple service center in town.

Vince, Paul and Tanya.What a great team. Always willing to help wether it’s a hardware issue or software issue.The track pad on my wife’s 2008 PowerBook gave up the ghost awhile back and she reverted to using a mouse.I took it to Vince at North Tech. When the new track pad arrived Vince discovered that the harness was different. Vince rewickered the harness to fit the new pad to the old computer.All worked as designed. My wife still uses the mouse when at home but doesn’t need to pack the mouse when away.I only wish I good give more stars.
