Excellent, knowledgeable advice and service from a team with experience with a wide range of machines old and new... from manual Pavonis to modern auto espresso machines they can fix it. Reasonably priced spares if you want to fix it yourself.

I have been having my espresso machine serviced with Feletto for a few years now and I plan on continuing this as I am very happy with the service.Vittorio and the team have consistently gone over and above. The experience as a customer has been first class and I could not have asked for more.They deal with integrity, are very knowledgeable and the work was completed with a fast turn around time.I highly recommend Feletto.

Excellent service, our coffee machine leaked and it took only 2 days to repair and our beloved machine is back and works like new.Vittorio was very helpful on the phone and Michael great when he picked and delivered our fixed machine.Very satisfied CustomerLewis

Had the worst experience ever. We have found Feletto Int'l to be so unprofessional to deal with; Customer service is appalling, so is the quality of the service. The servicing of our coffee machine ended up costing us huge amounts as we had to get it looked at by another company afterwards. Never again.
