This place just hits different been a regular for awhile now and damnnn the chicken sooooo good. Crispy, moist in the inside and dipping it with gravy next level.

People should definitely try the Angus Burger. I don’t lie when I say it’s the best burger I’ve ever had. The chips are also amazing. They’ve recently added a delicious Middle Eastern rice pudding, after you finish eating this you’ll just want even more. Do give this place a visit :)))

it was one of the best in the town, after they changed to chicken boom from crispy chicken, I noticed gradual decrease in the quality of crispy chicken and this evening, we noticed the seriously low quality chicken served. We orderd 9pieces with a regular chips and the chicken was severely lack in the taste and it was rather undercooked so there were the taste of moist chicken power near the meat. I am sad that this shop changed from Crispy chicken first of all which showed great quality with very pleasant pricing. Now with the new owner, their 10wings are costing 15dollars compared to 10dollars in the past and the quality is degraded seriously. Very unfortunate that the best chicken shop turned into something that of an opposite quality.

Literally best chicken in Sydney. We just finished our food and every bite we couldn’t believe how good it is. Amazing flavor, roof of the mouth scratching crunchy chicken and super crispy and hot salty chips. Definitely recommend!!!

Flawless spicy wings and fries! I would say the best in Sydney? The guy working in the cashier is friendly eventhough he has to do the cooking as well. Be patient, their food are made fresh upon order =)

First time customer of Chicken Boom - ordered (via UberEats) chicken tenders and the two-for-one deal of the spicy wings. I also ordered a variety of sauces (because you can never have enough sauce) they were chilli mayo, honey mustard and gravy.The tenders, to be blunt, were awful - extremely dry and tasteless, the complete opposite of what you’d want and expect. They were hardly touched, had two bites (second was to confirm the first bite assessment) and my tastebuds screamed “I can’t take it anymore”!However… the saving grace was the spicy chicken wings. Hot, juicy, crunchy, crispy, spicy and downright delicious. Paired with the gravy made me forget the traumatic chicken tender incident.With the other sauces, the chilli Mayo was average and honey mustard was a major disappointment - both were also not used apart for the taste test.The rating was a tough decision- like a love hate relationship, do I stay or do I go?Should I had only the chicken wings and gravy, I would have scored it a 5/5. However, as I consider myself to be a well unknown connoisseur of not-so-fine food, it would remiss of me to not factor the chicken tender fiasco into my rating.Thus, overall, I give Chicken Boom 3 stars - 3 for the wings and minus 2 stars for the disappointment I can still taste in my mouth.

This is a hidden gem in Hurstville especially if you're looking for a halal place. Their fried chickens are absolutely amazing, everything is prepared fresh on order.The crispy chicken burger is simply one of the biggest burgers I've had and it's my favourite!Finally, I would like to thank the owner for being so kind and providing great service :)

I went here just to try the chicken. Ordered 3 wings, and they gave me 5! The wings were super crispy, spicy, juicy. Will definitely go back for bigger chicken pieces and try their burgers too.

The Angus burgers are so juicy!! Best burger I have ever had. The chips are crispy, thick and perfectly salted :))There is a recent addition of a cinnamon pudding and after finishing it in seconds I wanted more.The staff/owner are wonderful and always give such a warm welcome.
