I called on the services of John from Swimsafe Pool & Spa Barrier Inspections to inspect the new pool fence at my parent’s property in Croydon North. Thankfully only one non-complying item was isolated and was easily rectified. I found John to be extremely professional in ALL dealings, from the initial appointment, all communications, to the final inspection and issue of the Compliance Certificate. I could not recommend John and Swimsafe PSBI highly enough.

John did a great efficient job of assessing the pool barriers. He left a comprehensive report of the minor things we needed to fix. His return visit to inspect our updated barriers was included in the price & we had the certificate of compliance the same day to lodge with council. He was even kind enough to include the link to our council for easy lodgment when he sent the compliance certificate. Would thoroughly recommend John.
