Worst service ever. Both staff worked on 27/12/2019 around 1.15pm are poor in providing customer service. One of them even scream at the customer. Not happy to spend my money with this kind of service I get.

I had a bad experience here,I queued in the line and then the lady ignored me instead serve other people,when she finally served me,she gave me two left shoes,I was thinking did she go to work with her brain?or she thought everyone has two left feet? so I didn’t buy the shoes here and I went back to Joondalup novo shoes which is near around me,that service was fantastic I bought two pairs of shoes there,and carousel novo I won’t go again!

The female staff who worked at 3:20 pm on the 27th of August was so rude!! We have been totally ignored as she was too busy to chat with her friend. We could not even stay there for 3 minutes. The worst experience ever! Luckly I have been patient enough not to tell her off!

Staff are so rude! I was clearly waiting to be served while all 3 were standing behind the counter talking. I had to go up and interrupt to ask for a pair of shoes. Also seen them all gossiping about another customer! Not once did I see any of them smile and felt so uncomfortable asking for shoes especially from the girl with brown hair. I would of left and gone to another store but I had a gift voucher. Will not be shopping here again.

Terrible customer service. I called 8 times today to find out if I could hold a pair of shoes for my mother. No answer. Drove in. They won't hold sale items. A waste of fuel and my time. I called the phone whilst in the store and I heard a ring too.F**king uselss.
