Could not recommend Atmosphere Air enough, the young man that was sent to my property was extremely thorough whilst doing a quote for a split system air conditioning unit to be installed at my house. He took all of my request into consideration and could answer all of my questions on the spot. When the installation took place both of the techs that installed the air con for me were very polite and did a great job. I’d also like to thanks the amazing office staff for going the extra mile to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my experience. Many thanks Atmosphere!!!

This company would have to be the most professional group of people we have had the pleasure to deal with. Our A/C stopped working in the middle of winter & was the only heating we have. After a couple of phone calls we had a new A/C installed that afternoon by Ryan. One of the nicest young men, who is obviously being trained impeccably by the business owners to do a professional job. His people skills are also top class. The ladies in the office were also a pleasure to deal with. We will be highly recommending AAC & Refrigeration to all our family & friends.

Atmosphere Air Conditioning have provided me with 2 quotes for split system air conditioning. I accepted the quotes and come installation day the company then stated they could not perform the work and requested scaffolding at an additional cost to the original quote. They also increased the final bill upon completion. Unreliable company who do not know how to quote their jobs. Reccommend companies in Newcastle. Dont waste your time with this mob.

Our 20-year A/C failed and we were told by a Newcastle A/C company it was not fixable.We asked Shane at Atmosphere to give a second opinion.After looking at the outdoor unit, he was able to establish that it was a faulty part, which he was easily fixed.End result was a minor repair visit instead of a new A/C.Recommend these guys as they are based in Port Stephens, efficient and professional and most of all - provided an honest service.Give local business like this your support, you won't be disappointed
