I would like to share my experience the company that was working for my daughter was doing an excellent job I have no issues with this company they went way beyond their duties to try and support my daughter but sadly my daughter did not want to stay with the company and I have to follow her wishes and that she is a very complex person to deal with and sadly she has moved on but for me as her mum and if you are reading this message I highly recommend this company cheap anybody who is needing support workers and they did the best they could you in this situation and once again thank you for all those people involved especially JoLinda Caramanico

I met Jo and the Team from Expert Care Services this past weekend when they attended our Family Fun Day event providing children’s activities and information for the community.The Team were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and happy to spend time with all present.We look forward to partnering with Expert Care Services in the future.

Expert Care Services have shown to be an excellent and important service provider the management and the staff are very caring they listen to our needs and problems without any hesitation I highly recommend them.

It’s a great company you can work with they are gone provide you guys proper training and as well as good experience of working with them as all of staff member are very experienced will tell you each and everything you just need to ask them they are gone explain everything to you in polite way and I am having good experience with them.

After trying other Service Providers and feeling like we had no voice, we came across Expert Care Services.The Team are Caring and Truly have the Clients best Interests at the forefront of everything. Whilst we have felt other Providers have given us empty promises, Expert Care Services have restored our faith as they are always transparent, open and honest.Joanne has been amazing from the get go and has always gone above and beyond our expectations. Joanne and the Team have provided us with a sense of security that other Service Providers havent.
