the customer services is very bad, indian store manager very rude and disrespectful, they dont care how long you wait and always keep customer standing for 30 mins or more. indian store manager very rude, accused me of lying and was disrespectful.

Highly impressed...after a visit to the vodaphone shop at ingle farm shopping centre in south Australia today I left with a brand new s23 ultra and tablet hooked up and set up by an amazing store manager I now know as Moe,this gentleman is super helpful,extremely friendly to all the customers in the store and has a very cool approach...so many store managers could take a lesson from Moe and I have already recommended this store to friends and others this evening...vodaphone has my business now...a huge thanks to moe

Great experience with these guys. Sakhile was happy to answer all my questions and listened to my requirements. I was able to make a decision about the right phone and plan for me without feeling pressured. He was helpful, patient and professional, without the pushy salesman routine that come from a lot of places. Moe was also very helpful and forthcoming with information.Overall a very good experience.

I joined Vodafone with my phone, my wife & I went caravanning up through the NT & QLD. We didn't have service 70% of the time we were away for 3 months & when I went in to complain that we had still had to pay our plan for that period, they just said that their service isn't great in the outback.End of story.

Both salesmen busy, I returned just before 5.30pm by my time but I was out by a few minutes according to them they wanted to close despite me offering a cash sale for s21 ultra samsung! They advised no cash sales to buy ph outright???
