Just picked up a limited edition vehicle that would have been difficult to source parts, i thought after seeing the vehicle crashed i would never look at it the same. The absolute perfect condition and attention to the finest details has left me feeling like i just picked up a brand new vehicle for the first time. The work was immaculate and very high quality!

Do not recommend at all!!! My sisters brand new (2 day old) car was hit by a stolen car and this mob took over 5 months to repairs it!!! Plus we have it back now with it making odd noises when turning on and off AND the spare tyre of this brand new car is covered in mud and obviously been used!!! Just disgraceful!

I cannot praise this company highly enough. My1 year old Hyundai Kona had the misfortune to have tar sprayed all over it by an unknown company as their carrier passed my parked car. The experience from quote, to picking up my beautifully clean car , was excellent. The care and time taken on removing the tar, is very much appreciated. The assessor could not believe how much tar had hit my car...looking like a herd of incontinent cows had sprayed it. .I am very happy to refer people to this company. Thankyou Crawfords.

They do great work when it all gets done. Here's the thing. When we got my wife's car repaired, we were happy but a small yet significant part got ignored. I assumed we hadn't been charged for it and it was forgotten, took it back 2 business days later. Turns out we had been charged for it they just didn't do it, the lead repair appraiser guy blamed the guys in the shop, he wasn't in the day we'd picked it up. Gotta love being a paying customer paying a few grand for major repairs, then having to go back again to get what you paid for.
