Was once a Great op shop.Not sure what's going on here but gradually gotten worse .Staff are angry and often nasty to customers ,maybe that's why your struggling for volunteers .l thought about volunteering but it just doesn't seem a pleasant place to be .Eileen on the counter is the exception nice lady.

This is one of the BEST op shops Ive ever been to in Victoria. Definitely the cheapest. Most op shops charge high prices these days. But these guys do a great job at turning over high volume of stuff at good prices. I get a shock when I go to other op shops and see their prices . Great work . And thank you to all the volunteers. It wouldnt be what it is without you all ❤️

First impression was pretty dull and miserable, was not greeted by any staff and was made to feel like we were in the way for browsing the shelves . The staff seemed like they did not want to be there and were grumpy . No one said hello, saw a staff member tell off a child for playing with the toys ? It’s an OP shop those toys were donated to you . Incredibly unwelcoming vibe to all customers , made me not want to purchase from this store .
