I request my manager many times to give limit in water bill . If I drink 1 cup of water then I have to pay it . I am international student and I have one kid . It is very difficult to me but my manager say u have to pay all water and no any limit. If u don't pay then I can breech ur lease. That's not fair. It is harassment. My all neighbors have no water bill. I am only one who have to pay waterbill . I am living from 6 months . There are no any complaint of us but they should be cooperative with us. I am very disappointing to this behaviour. Plz give some limit in waterbill

If you want something done contact Melissa. She's amazing when I was having trouble with RayWhite Beenleigh and them no longer wanting to help us remove a tenant out when we purchased a house.. she didnt muck around at all. She picked our file up from them straight away and filed them to the court to get them removed.. they moved out the next week. You will be really surprised how much she will go out of her way to help you. I will always appreciate them ❤️

Melissa manages our portfolio of properties. I can't fault her. Always quick to respond and handle any problems. Coming up to 5 years now and would definitely recommend to anyone.

I struggled finding a house for myself and kids and this real estate was kind enough to give me a go. i've dealt with blake and melissa with 2 properties and they were amazing, anything needed to be fixed they were on to it straight away. Second rental i struggled and fell behind in rent and Melissa was quick to help me sort the problem out. Thank you Guys highly recommended this real estate

I give 2 star reviews as a beginning review. I have been to your realestate before. I've called several times regarding properties and some of my encounters on the phone have not always been good.I will be reviewing my stars the more I make contact and the manner of which I get spoken to and how much help can be provided on certain matters.I find your comment a little rude so it will stay at 2 stars for the moment. Not to mention you have not received any reviews in the last 6 Months so I would hold off on your latest review comments. I will be contacting you in the near future to see if anything changes.Oh and my father IS with you so I wouldn't be too quick to judge me on my rating I give just because you haven't dealt with me specifically before.

We needed a place to move into quickly, they got us approved really fast which was great. We moved into the property and we already notice the damages in the house. But they say they will fix it but never really come to it. Been living in the property for three years. The time we were leaving, we clean up the house as good as we can. Did the garden as requested. But still we didn't get our bond. They used it on repairing the damages that was there before we moved in. And made there own calculations on the cost of repairs to exact amount to the bond. I don't recommend them to anyone.

BEWARE DO NOT GO NEAR. I purchased an investment property from them they were the sellers and the managing agents. They lied and deceived me. I asked pre purchase if there had been any maintenance requests in and were there any outstanding and I was told NO by Glynis and 3 days after settlement i receive an email saying congratulations on your purchase

They mismanaged our rental property. When the tenants moved out there were holes in all the walls, the spa was broken (cracked tub and top had been left in the sun to erode), chewing gum on the floor throughout the house. I would never use them again.

Worst property managers ever!After tenants were court evicted they changed the locks without my permission and gave the tenants back the new Key???The tenants than gained access and urinated on and spilt nail polish on the new floors!Than white Knights kept the money for the new locks out of the bond! These guys are scum!I have now paid for two sets of locks out of my own money!Over $800 worth!Very sad experience!

My investment property was poorly managed and there was hardly any communication from my Property Manager Blake. I was constantly chasing up information instead of it being provided to me in a timely manner (like it has been with my new PM from a different Real Estate Agency). If you’re looking for rent arrears, water bill arrears, invoices sent to the wrong person, no scheduled/timely inspections which led to property damages from the tenant, you have come to the right place. And what is worse, they will deflect all fault from themselves even though you are paying them to look after your best interests. Please do yourself a favour and avoid.
