Great service from Dr Thong! He explained everything in detail so I felt confident in his treatment plans. I had numbing cream for the cleaning and vaseline for my dry lips so everything I usually feel adverse to for these cleanings were eliminated. Not even concerned for my next one anymore!

I've lost patience with the dentist here. I've had ongoing issues with my dental implants since I paid a significant sum of money to fix my teeth a few years ago. On the most recent episode, there was a broken screw. I underwent a procedure to fix it, but after painfully opening up the implant to replace the screw, he realised he didn't have the appropriate spare part. This meant that I had to undergo two painful procedures on different days to sort out this problem instead of once.As someone stated here, I'm also sick of the add on services" I feel like they are milking me for. They then offer a discount but given the overcharges

Been seeing Dr. Thong for years and he's been great.

Had my wisdom tooth extracted & ended up with bad infection. They took X-rays & could see there were issues but continued to extract the tooth instead of referring me to orthodontist. I ended up in hospital for a week & had surgery done to remove abscess, been off work for 3 weeks! Instead of turning me away when I went back with pains, they could've easily referred me the hospital. Where is the duty of care?? It's not good enough ... would never go back there or recommend anyone to go there!!

It was my first time removing wisdom teeth.Today11/08/2022 i had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Kevin, he is a very professional , care, patience and gentle dentist. He explained to me the whole process before the surgery, and asked if i have any questions before/ during/ after the surgery. I cannot feel anything during the entire process ( He did it very gentle) and I felt relax with his care and encourage.I am satisfied all services in Sydney Smile Care, I would like to highly recommend Dr. Kevin to everyone. He does really good jobs, Thanks a lot :)Thanks for the receptionist Christine assisting me to book the surgery. ( I don't understand why comments said receptionists are rude. Myself and Partner have been there several times.. Our dentist is great.. the Dental Assistants are a bit meh.. But the reception and customer service is horrible.. we persevered because we liked the dentist. But finally had enough of Cathleen or Katherine the receptionist. Making an appointment with her is exhausting, I requested a call back from another staff member that didn't happen. I waited a week and was told there was a note on the screen to call me, thus no person call. I visited the practise to make an appointment and spoke to another female staff member who advised she is a senior and to lodge a complaint via email. The Senior advised the manager was there but the manager didn't come to take on my feedback. I wrote up an email, sent it to the Cabramatta and Burwood site as was told that is head office. No reply, no calls, no person of management to reach out to us. Its been about 6 months now which i believe it ample time to response.Suppose customer satisfaction and repeat clientele is not a thing of this place. There just like all the other dentist in the area, there only good thing is all the staff speak English. Other then that,Absolutely disappointed in the lack of professionalism.

Everyone who works here are delightful, Dr Kevin is a great dentist and very friendly and the receptionists are always very polite. Would never go to another practice, highly recommend :D

i stood in the waiting room looking at the dentist plaque of his honours degree and diplomas and achievements, so i thought i was going to see the man, such naievity. i was greeted by a young dentist, 5 yrs out of uni, i am sure she was great but all of them was young which is fine as long as they do their job. Now, i feel this place charges unnecessary fees we dont need, eg x-ray $20-$40, the x-ray was a 5 mins job and a quick glance, which i suspect wasnt really needed at all, its an add on to gouge patients. Then there is a fake discount off the fees. It best to go to sole proprietor dentist, i think they will have better service wise and fees

yes, I agreed with other reviews, I like the dentist but the receptionist is rude, not helping but made me feel that I have to beg for the apt. and services. I don't like changing dentist but the though of going through the receptionist put me off making new apt.

The price is pretty average but the service is very good. I highly recommend Dr Thong Vu. He is very knowledge, professional and understanding. The rest of the staff is very nice and helpful.
