I took car for a simple service instead i had no car for 4 days right before I had to move the oil plug seal thread was sriped no fault of his must of been last machenic he said and he charged the pants of me and tried to focace my attention on something else wrong with the car that he knew nothing about which turned out not to be a issue i had another machenic check it, after moving car is leaking oil which never happened prior to taking to him now i am stuck in new location with out a car over Christmas awaiting for another machenic to fix in new year be very aware young Bryce doesn't know alot

Very impressed. As a retired mechanic I was blown away by the knowledge of the young fellas in this workshop and their professionalism. Very rare nowadays to find young blood that live and breathe the mechanical industry, after watching them work I left and felt no need to check over what they had done as I had full confidence in their abilities. Keep on keeping on fella's, top stuff.

Driving home to Victoria from Fraser Island, after lots of 4x4 driving, realised once we got back on the Highway we had a wheel issue. Pulled in to see Bryce and what a legend! Had everything diagnosed and fixed within 30 minutes and now we are back on the road!!Thanks again Bryce! Appreciate the patience with us too ☺️

We had a problem while travelling in our motorhome and were stranded at a Service Station close to Longe Automotive. Bryce went out of his way to make us a priority being onsite to look at our motorhome within an hour of calling him and we had the issue sorted by mid afternoon. Top job Bryce, thank you so much for your help getting us back on the road quickly and at a very reasonable price.

UPDATE:The business owner promptly responded, apologised, and offered me a full refund.Apparently an inexperienced new employee did the work and he didn't advise the owner that he was having problems.I would have upgraded my rating to a 5, but obviously better training procedures needed.Took over an hour to balance 2 wheels, said that was the best that could be done, and charged $80.Problem still not fixed so took vehicle to Tyrepower. Technician there laughed at Long's efforts, removed the 460 gm of excess balance weights that Long had put on, and rebalanced both wheels. Took Tyrepower 20 minutes at most and charged $20. Problem fixed.
