Moronis Bike Shop

I own a bike that requires me to go to a specific dealear for spares. For 3 weeks I have been chasing a quote. First contact was via email, no response. Second contact I went in and provided all the details of part and my own details. Third contact was a phone call and sales assistant had no idea what I was talking about when I enquired how the quote was going. Fourth contact was another phone call and I was asked to leave my phone number( again) so they could call me back. No phone call. You say you are old school, should I be waiting for a carrier pidgeon?

Many shops can do great deals, but it’s when things go wrong that you need great service and support that is so hard to find these days. After recently purchasing an EMTB there, the bike suffered some random power issues. The team when out of their way to get it right with great communication all the way through the process. Highly recommended.

This is my final review. Apologies to moronis for resubmitting my review. I took my ebike in there to get both tires looked at. The guy that looked at my bike offered to do a full lookover. I had it fully charged. I road it home and they mustn't have turned it off, causing the battery to drain leaving me stuck to walk it half way from moronis to ironbark. 5 days later, I went to take it for a ride and the front tire seemed flat, but the attendant said these tires don't go flat. I tried to pump it up with the air pump at the garage but it wouldn't pump up. I left a 3 star review here and rang the next day, and the guy that spoke to me brought up the google review, saying it's not a really cool thing thing to do" etc. rather than assisting me. He also said i only got them to look at my back tire. I paid $60

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was in the store earlier today browsing for a bike. The young man that served me really knew the qualities/ specs of the bikes very well. He was able to explain things to me in laymen's and terms listened to my personal requirements. I had a great experience in the store.

Front deraileur cable broke on my bike. I tried a couple of other bike shops, who were either too busy ,or couldn't be bothered getting back to me. I ride this bike nearly every day ,so I was hoping to get it fixed quickly.I rang Moronis ,--no trouble

I haven't bought a bike from these guys but if the service that I've gotten from them servicing my EBike is anything to go by....you can't go wrong.Absolutely brilliant service and pricing.Great crew.
