I don’t think these folks know much more than the basic technical aspect of shoes. It shows if you’re taking something like running serious. For example, I tried to get a shoe with a low heal-toe drop. But they kept giving me shoes that were 10mm. Even after I explained it a few times. Better to go to a store like Pace Athletic where serious runners will serve you and know their stuff.

The person who helped me out was super knowledgeable. I had never used the scanning technology before and the person was very helpful at walking me through the process. Also gave great recommendations based on my needs from the scan. The shoe that I chose in the end from their suggestions is doing great.

Mark was awesome in helping me find the right fit and right shoe without compromising on style. Being a bigger guy with a wider foot, I’ve had issues before wearing wrong sizing or shoes not suited to me. Mark really knows his stuff and helped explain how brands differ and where certain shoes can benefit me more. Along with the athletes foot fitting system we managed to hit the nail on the head. Ended up with Brooks ghost and they’re the most comfy shoes I’ve owned.

Just went to get my feet sized properly and get some information about different shoes that would actually fit properly and my experience was amazing.Mark helped me out with all my questions and the attention to detail with the sizing and measurements is unbelievably technologically advanced.Really appreciate the help!!!
