Staff was very helpful and answering our questions, nice prices! Large selection of wines,liquor store...This is an AAA liquor store. If you are a beer lover they carry everything... Local and micro brews. Wines are world wide. Liquor is first class. Personally, I love this spirit store" !!!!"

Can’t fulfill a Deliveroo order to save their life. 4 out of 5 times I’ve ordered through Deliveroo my order has been cancelled last minute or sat on picking for over an hour. Complete waste of time

Customer service is very bad and he using F words to me. because he charge me wrong and I asked for refund he charge me $6 more and I asked him please refund my money but he didn’t refund my money this was happened on 17/05/2022 night 9:54:51 pm (Bystnd Syrah was in special 19.99, but he charge me $26.80

Best customer service, good range of liquor. Enthusiastic staff, happy and always attentive. I've ordered uber from there and I've had no issues. Oh and that coffee drive thru is soooo good and how convenient to have, alcohol and coffee ;)

This place is an absolute rip off, not only do they have such a high mark up on standard liquor but they actually sneakily charge you more at the point of sale. Three times I have been in this store and had to correct the staff that they have overcharged me as to what the price even is. It’s an absolute rip off

Order never delivered and they refused to take ownership and referred me to Menulog. $116.39 down the drain. Do not order from them. So disappointed and angry...subsequently Memulog determined my delivery was delivered to the wrong address and I received a full refund plus voucher from Menulog

Most DISRESPECTFUL STAFF EVER.They feel proud humiliating the delivery drivers who is helping him grow their business. They treat the food delivery drivers like trash who come to pick up orders at the store. Staff thinks of themselves as the kings and the drivers are low grade citizens.Delayed the order and when inquired what happened, and offered to assist the store, they rather insulted the driver in a rude tone saying - YOU ARE JUST A DELIVERY DRIVER. YOU PICK UP ORDER AND DELIVER. DONT ASK QUESTIONS.Who in a sane mind insults other people like this.

Poor problem solving.I bought a beer and when open it, it was flat i.e, no bubbles (this is something none of the two guys knew) so because they're not aware of the proper quality a drink should have, they didnt what to make me a refund or change the product, which I only had two sips because it was disgusting. (though more annoying is two men that cannot solve a very simple problem)Next time just try to keep the products properly cool in the fridges, so you can avoid this issue happen again.Regards.
