This man is a local hero. What a gentleman to deal with. Patient, benevolent and caring. I tipped him well.My book on Suffragettes and Race in the Modern World" was masterfully printed; the embossing was world class.His theories on world affairs are spot on. This man should go into politics.Thank you kind sir."

If I could rate this place any less than one star I would. My cousin who had very clear and comprehensive instructions on binding went in to pick up her product. The final product was atrocious and incorrect. When she tried to refute the product, he would try to justify his means by saying that he had been in the industry for over 70 years (you'd think he could get something right by now). When she tried to stand up to him, he threw her work in the bin and refused to reimburse her deposit. I interjected and called him out for how appalling he was to a customer and he immediately got defensive and threatened to call the police on me for 'trespassing'. I told him to go ahead because he had no ground for this basis. After arguing with him for how rude he was, he still refused to reimburse the deposit and closed the lights on us because he conveniently decided to close the store. My cousin was in tears, and I personally cannot believe how disgusting this man was.Other anecdotes I have heard from customers that have come to this store have also been creeped out by his blatant throngs of sexism and being very disagreeable.Do not go to this place. At all.

Mr Agustin I call him Siniora is the nicest person I ever met. He is very busy doing things alone by himself.He has been sick with trauma that explains why he is bit down sometimes but he is the nicest friend when he becomes your friend. Greet him with Good Morning when you enter the shop. He is very busy person though.

Augustin's, the older gentleman who runs this shop, biggest fault is that he cares too much about his trade. He is passionate about all things print and paper and can spend hours telling you about the different jobs he has been working on and past life stories.When you combine this trait with hordes of University students, most of which from the Architecture faculty as I was, coming to Newtown print the day or morning of a big submission, the effects of this tent to compound. The students become frustrated because Augustin is not fast enough and Augustin becomes frustrated because he can no longer take the time needed to resolve all the minor issues in the jobs he receives for them to come out to the standard he hopes.My advice for anyone wanting to use this shop to print.1. Have everything prepared and speak with him beforehand about what you want done. Try to avoid busy University submission times.2. Make sure you are pacient and have left enough time for him to complete the work at his pace. If you can't wait around, tell him when you need it done by, leave your number and come back then.

Lovely customer service and good poster printing with extremely quick turnaround (<1hr).The shop is a treasure trove of printing, paper, and arts and crafts supplies. Absolutely everything!

The service at this place is always an adventure. The price has been generally very good, and when I take the time to be very careful about my instructions, the print has been outstanding. The dude that runs this place is a little bit crazy but in a way that is like Ollivander's wand shop.

Incredible rude old haggard man who runs the shop - terrible service. Incorrectly quoted prices which once the job is finished he increases the price. Extremely slow service. And to top it off, always seems to print things out of line and scale.... shame that he's the only guy in the area with nice paper. Also avoid if you are a woman, as he is a mysoginist.

The shop owner is very patient, nice, and humorous if you know him. Nice print and good service. Definitely worth coming again.

This is the most appalling customer service I’ve ever come across.I came in here today to get a small book printed and bound after a recommendation from an architecture student. Not only was the wait time atrocious, but the end product was inadequate. The owner of the store mistakenly bound the incorrect side, and not only didn’t accept responsibility but blamed me for the error. Furthermore, the binding was uneven, causing the text to be misaligned, and when I pointed this out he continued to blame me and exclaimed that it was my file that was the problem, becoming defensive as he justified his extensive experience in the print industry. He refused to reimburse my deposit when I expressed my unhappiness with the product and then threw my work in the bin and started yelling profanities at me. When my cousin interjected, calling him out for his appalling behaviour, he threatened to call the police on us for ‘trespassing’ despite the fact we were customers in his shop.I’m never coming back here ever again and I certainly don’t recommend this place to anyone.
