Australia Post - Bentons Square Post Shop

Ok i would have to say the staff are far from friendly and helpful, in the last several times ive attended this office I have not seen a smile, they are rude and need training in customer service. The sign behind them regarding rude or aggressive customers is ironic as no wonder they have problems. Crack a smile ladies! Lucky use have a job at all

Terrible . How can they have an after hours service that started at 7am , change it to 8 am (but not on their Collection Cards)? This morning I arrive with a long line in front of me , for an 8amOpen , only to be told by a passer by that’s it’s now 830 am . Nothing on the door to reflect this and pretty pointless as the early opens are for people that cannot get to the post office during business hours to collect .Poor effort .

Telephoned to enquire if they had a passport service. Obviously the number phoned was a Central Office so listened to the recorded messages/alternatives (none of which were relevant to my enquiry) the n received the how busy message and waited and waited then hung up in frustration

The most genuine and nicest people, I recently started a business and they have helped me so much with making sure the postage process came as smooth as possible!

During my recent visit to this post office, I encountered a few challenges that could be addressed to enhance the overall customer experience. The staff, unfortunately, came across as somewhat rude and condescending, which created an unwelcoming atmosphere.Additionally, the service was slower than expected, possibly due to a lack of experience or confidence among the employees. These issues contributed to a less than ideal experience at this particular location.However, I would like to suggest that potential customers consider visiting the alternative post office on Bay Road in Mt Martha, which may provide a more pleasant experience. As for this location, with proper staff training and a focus on customer service, it has the potential to improve and create a more positive environment for patrons.

Absolutely without doubt the rudest staff.This morning I witnessed an elderly lady in front of me being spoken to very poorly and she was upset when she left. I waited a couple of more minutes while a staff member jostled around behind the counter. I left without being served. Went to Main st, Mornington shop and they were brilliant.

Such a horrible experience. I was very surprised by the rude and condescending service from the ladies that work here.The ladies at Mornignton Auspost are just SO lovely and incredible, it just happens since I’ve moved my parcels are now taken to Benton’s square. After my experience today since simply asking about parcel lockers, I’ll be making sure my parcels are taken elsewhere. I was really taken aback by the way I was spoken down to so nastily. Friends have now voiced they’ve been treated the same way by the women working at this Australia post. Such a shame.

This Post Office has a community reputation of being staffed by the incredibly rude and condescending employees, reading through the reviews you will discover the same appalling customer experiences echoed over and over. The staff are long overdue for retraining(more like retirement), they clearly find the job miserable as is their demeanour.

Not one of the best Australia Post stores. It depends who serves you, one lady there is fantastic, the other two I felt that everything you want is an issue, the staff just don’t want to be there, this is nothing new to this site, it’s alway been averaged and the good ones leave. I found Mt Martha P.O., open of a Saturday & very friendly. It’s worth the drive.

While largely I have found the women who work here polite and to the point, I had a truly horrible experience at this Post Office today, the second with the same staff member in a matter of weeks.I post parcels for my business every day, with a 4 and 1 year old in tow. It is a huge juggle. Today as I took my parcel to the counter my 1 year old put a plastic toy from the shelf into her mouth... causing no damage.
