Best Tastes Dim Sim

Awesome, authentic yum cha quality, and the ladies are lovely! So glad my sister inlaw found you! Our new go to stock up on yum cha items without compromising on quality.

I've bought many items from here over the years. But the quality has gone downhill. Yesterday I bought a bag of siu mai for over $40. There was barely any meat in it now, it's been replaced with flour as a filler. Absolutely disgusting.

Egg tart in puff pastry is the best, bought fresh from the shop on one Saturday. That fried dumpling is big and tastes just like those in Hong Kong.

Food is excellent for dim sum, I usually go there every 2 weeks and spend roughly about one hundred dollars. However, one of the female staff is always grumpy, rude and unaccommodating. This is not the first time but several times to me. Why? I haven't done anything wrong to her and I always say please and thank you, she hasn't changed one bit about her attitude when I complained about her before. It was a suggestion to the manager to have a word with her to treat customer with good customer service. At least with a smile. She can do that with some customers but not with me. Today, was even more of a unpleasant experience, the manager come out with some fresh and hot Jung and suggested to the customer before me to buy. So I also asked for one, the grumpy female staff gave me a cold one. I asked if I could change to a hot one, she said its all the same from the same batch what different does it make. I said feel it, it's not the same these one are hot and the one you gave me is cold. It does make a difference, I would have to heat up the cold one and the hot one I can eat straight away when I get home. The cold Jung was wrapped up nicely in cling film but when I asked to swap she was grumpy again and said here I can't be bothered to wrap it up again. It not that it was busy because all the customer had left and no one was behind me waiting to be served. Please sort out that particular staff, the other lady is lovely enough to provide better service. Otherwise, I won't bother to come back any more and my word of mouth is more powerful for your business reputation.

You don't come for the atmosphere but it's functional..... You come for the great value and delicious Dim sum!Don't need Diana, Begone Brandon.This is where the real Dim sum can be found.

Stocks a very wide selection of my favourite frozen dim sum as well as freshly made buns and egg tarts. I love the frozen shu mai, pork ribs and bao! They also sell much at bulk if you call ahead and order.

Best dim sim place, very authentic, generous filling compared to byrwood and same as you get in good yumcha places. Highly recommend

Are you all craving Yum Cha during lockdown, well I am..Great place to stock up on your usual yum cha favourites like BBQ Pork Bun, Siu Mai and Har Gao and many more, however the variety has been reduced due to lockdown.

Always a good place for fresh Dim Sim. Plenty of good frozen packages for the family to enjoy.
