Complete Windscreens

Got a quote, made a booking, dropped off my car and then after the fact they called me to say they dont actually have a windscreen to replace my broken one with. To top it off they weren't even apologetic to the issue that THEY created. Just sent me off to deal with the issue myself. What a joke. Absolute bottom of the barrel customer service. I would avoid these guys if at all possible

Unfortunately Complete Windscreens caused around $600 worth of damage to my car, dented and scraped the paint off the front right quarter panel, offered to by me a second hand panel without fitment or painting and basically said this is all we will offer you take it or leave it, so now having to go through legal proceedings.Definitely would recommend taking photos of your car before dropping it off to this place as they will not even check the cameras to confirm the state of your vehicle when it was dropped off.

Paid extra for windscreen to be replaced at home, sensor would not stick to new window now they refuse to come out and fix but want us to go in. What is the point of paying for an at home service? Office staff are extremely rude and abusive. Not the first time i have had an issue here

The guys here are legends. Great prices, very friendly service and top notch work. Australian owned and landrover fanatics. I wouldnt go anywhere else for auto glass related matters.

Very nice and professional guys, had my windscreen on my VS done on Wednesday but unfortunately had some air coming in at the bottom making it whistle so the next morning i came back and they put some more polymer to fix what they thought was an air bubble but still had the same issue when I went down thr road so they said wait another 24hrs for that glue to dry and they'll take it out and reinstall it because it was a fitment issue. I came by after work today and they quickly got it done and everything is perfect now. I want to thank everyone who helped, I'm sorry you had to see me 3 days in a row but thank you for your great service and for doing your best to find and fix the issue. Have used you in the past and will always come back to you for being SA owned and best price.

There were some noticeable water bubbles on a few windows but we were told they will go away after a few days.In general, I like these guys because they are happy to help out and do a good job overall. They are reasonably priced and get the job done.They could have some sort of loyalty program in place rewarding customers for business and friendly referrals. I’ve had four car window tints there now and didn’t get too much of a discount on each. They always do try and squeeze me in at a time most convenient for myself, which is also really good.

Don’t bother calling around looking for prices. Just save these guys in your address book. A team of absolute Gigachads that turned a horrible morning into a great day just by doing exactly what they’re paid to do. The turnaround time blew me away and the service and attitudes of these guys was second to none. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Had a wonderful experience at Complete Windscreens. Had a chip repair done and it could have not been better. Service was lovely and it was done in a timely manner. Would recommend 100%
