Bella Lingua - Italian for Kids

My daughter loves attending Bella Lingua! It's the one class that she cannot wait to attend weekly! The classes are so entertaining and you can really see how much the kids love it and the friendships they make! Maestra Daniela is full of positive energy and really cares for the children. Bella Lingua has given my daughter Stella the confidence to speak Italian at home and sing all the wonderful songs! She loves the 5 hour class, wish it was longer! Grazie Daniela!

I have been blown away, especially because the teacher, Daniela, is just amazing! I send my 4 year old son and we don't even have an Italian background, and he has learnt so much Italian he is teaching us! Not only is it evident that Daniela has a primary school background, but she is just the most engaging, enthusiastic, clever, fun, regimental, loving and playfully assertive teacher I have met...and not to mention classy which I think is so nice for the kids to have as a role model. My son really didn't want to part with me when he first attended, but Daniela was so patient, flexible and warming, that he now loves to go and doesn't mind me leaving. It's 100% five stars from me x

Bella Lingua as an Italian school, and Daniela herself is an absolutely fantastic teacher - she is so experienced and committed to each child in the class - my daughter who is 4 years old just loves attending. The activities and content of the classes is varied, interesting and so creative. Our daughter has been speaking and singing Italian at home - we are very happy with this service.

We absolutely love our afternoons at Bella Lingua! Daniela is enthusiastic and engaging, the activities vary weekly which keeps my busy toddler interested and the free play time is ideal for the young age group. My daughter loves to help make the juice and it is nice that a social element for the parents is included with tea, coffee and sometimes shared snacks.

We have been blessed to experience Daniella as an educator and the joyful learning she creates at Bella Lingua.Our children have attended her classes for 2+years as kinder and primary students and we aim to continue learning in her care throughout their education.Daniella’s approach is gentle, thoughtful, consistent, inspiring and intensely knowledgeable without the children even knowing they’re learning!She offers a brilliant selection of classes for literally all ages (if I’d know about her when my babies were babies I would have DEFINITELY been there). We participated in her 4-5 year old classes during the school day and now evening classes after school too. Her quality of education is impeccable; our kids adore her; the sessions are affordable, comfortable and safe; and our kids are thriving, happy and speaking Italian at home. My daughter has been attending Bella Lingua since 4 months of age. This is our most looked forward to activity and Daniela is an amazing teacher. Super affordable and great value for money. We are both learning a lot and this is such a great way to introduce another language! Highly recommend.

My preschooler absolutely loves attending his weekly sessions with Daniela. From the moment you walk in, Daniela's warmth captivates the children. They come home excited to share their new learning. My 4yo was reluctant to speak Italian before he started, but now, he integrates it naturally into conversations. Highly recommend.

My son has been attending Daniela’s classes since playgroup. We had a break at the commencement of primary school however, at his request, we re-enrolled. He enjoys the “in person” classes, so much so, that he was happy to be sitting next to Daniela in person while everyone else was on zoom. Daniela brings fun and laughter to her classes and my son always walks out with a smile on his face. Daniela is enthusiastic, nurturing and gives each child individual attention, adapting the program to their language skill level. I highly recommend Bella Lingua for anyone wanting to introduce their children to this beautiful language.

Our daughter R has got so much out of these wonderful lessons which have enriched her understanding of Italian culture and helped so much with her language skills. Daniela is a lovely, sympathetic teacher with a deep understanding of pedagogy and practice, working in hybrid mode during and after the pandemic lockdowns. Grazie Mille!

We started Italian School with Daniela when my daughter was 4 months old and we've had such a great time. Not only is Pia learning Italian by the songs, dancing and play in Italian, she is interacting with other little ones and making friends.As a mum, I've really enjoyed how much fun we all have and the friendships that have come out of it. This is such an inclusive environment and very supportive.Daniela is wonderful with both adults and kids. She is always energetic, up beat and caring. She always has time for everyone.You don't have to speak Italian or have an Italian background to be involved so give it a go!
