Room are clean and comfy. Small things like tv doesn’t work on cable channels they have a microwave but not a few plates or cutlery. It’s on a main entry road to Dubbo so a bit of truck noise.

At the price of $179 a night , it was too expensive for what we got. The bed was way past it’s used by date, as hard as the floor. The room was clean and fancy but sometimes fancy is not what your looking for. And no shampoo or conditioner. I wasn’t prepared to use the body wash on the wall, after all, it was body wash.

The room was amazingly clean, tidy & spacious! The service was fantastic...we decided to stay for another night but our room was already taken but found us another 2 rooms to move into. We were made feel feel really welcome.

Booked here at the last minute after a full day of driving. The owner (I'm assuming) was very friendly and accommodating. Made sure I had all the info I needed for my stay in Dubbo, attractions to visit with kids and where I could get something to eat. The rooms were extremely clean, couldn't fault it.

$170 a room overnight for a single person. but at least i was clean and tidy had good amenities. service was good. so would recommend this motel. it is also right on the highway heading through town so you dont have to go out of your way to find it. it is very secure as well, as there is a lot of car stealing going on in the area. car was also out side the room.

This motel is just plain classy! It has high quality fixtures and fittings.There are many thoughtful add ons, that most motels don't bother with anymore.So much appreciated after a long trip under difficult circumstances

Really excellent motel. Rooms were very clean, beds very comfy and great shower and bathroom. Would highly recommend.
