Does not pay contractors,Alot of people are chasing grant for moneys owed, asks for payment upfront and Does not deliver.You will dispute this Grant, however people are aware of your poor work ethic and I reccomend that nobody pays you up front.And there will be no doubt you will threaten legal action.As usually, it is someone elses fault.I have affidavits from the clients that I did the work for on behalf of you, which confirms what I have said.If you wish to pursue this in the courts, please do.I speak the truth, I am in no way fabricacting this.Edited, Spelling.
