You were happy to take my money for 17 yearsAfter years of driving miles no matter were I moved toJust to come and bring my 3 dogs back to them and stressing out one of my dogs to take them backThey staff was rude and un caring in our time if need.They couldn't care less.They would not come to me just this once after us going to them for 17 yearsEven though I offered a extra 200 in travel expensesTo put my poor sweetie 17 year old dog to sleep peacefully in his time of need.When he travelled in stress for 17 years cos he hated the car...to always go back to them.Instead he died in pain for over a hour and half,waiting for a call out vet he didn't know to come....who was hopeless and didn't know what he was doing.So much for caring about there loyal customers and there beloved pets.Would never go to this vetThey only care about money in the end not your pets.

Very friendly and helpful staff at Paws Galore.We took our newest furbaby in for her second puppy vaccination and Vet Vanessa took great care of Tilly.

Dr Philippa and Dr Stewart are great vets. They are kind and caring and so good with all animals. The vet nurses are lovely and helpful. Fair and reasonable pricing. Highly recommend this great team.

Outstanding service, the team are very friendly and show our dogs lots of love. Our oldest girl recently had a metal plate put in her back leg and she healed very well. The surgery was explained in detailed including showing us the x-rays of what was done. They answered all our questions, even when I got home and had concerns I would call and the team and they would give us reassurance. Highly recommend if you’re after a team who will look after your fur baby.

My go-to Vet these days as recommended by my neighbour. Staff very warm, welcoming and cheery atmosphere. Good knowledge, responding to queries efficiently. Pup not happy about the cone but back to himself quickly after his procedure.

Our sweet little dog Scruffy became ill a few weeks ago and was in terrible pain and although I rang several vets not one could fit him in for an emergency appointment. Then I called Pets Galore and although they were fully booked they squeezed Scruffy in for a consultation between appointments. They were both loving and caring towards Scruffy and got him out of immediate pain.A decision was made to put him down 2 weeks later due to his serious health problems. Again the staff at Pets Galore were so kind and caring and made the experience both peaceful and loving.Today I recieved a beautiful sympathy card in the mail along with some Forget-me-not seeds to plant in his memory.I was very touched by this gesture so I decided to write a positive review to recommend this Veterinary Practice in the hope it may help other pet owners to find a vet surgery who will love and care for their furry friends.

My housemates got into a car accident at the nearby intersection and they had two dogs in the car. The vet tech came to check on the passengers and they volunteered to take care of the dogs while the people were taken to hospital to be treated. They checked the dogs and made sure that they were not injured from the accident.It's quite obvious that this place is community-minded and that they really, sincerely care for animals. I'm extremely grateful for their assistance when the dogs (and housemates!) needed it most.Absolute lifesavers! Thank you.
