Disappointing service. I arrived just on 3pm, one hour before closing time after damaging a tyre on a truck I was using to move house.I requested to have the spare tyre repaired to ensure I could complete my house move however I was told that the work couldn’t be done despite the shop being empty.Acknowledging it was an exceptionally warm day the person who served me advised me I could come back Monday as the workers were being given the last hour to relax out of the heat.Whilst I appreciate that it would be tough going to work in such hot conditions I don’t think it is fair to turn away a customer an hour before closing for an urgent repair.It is disappointing as I have had good experiences previously at this location but feel I will not return as a customer because of this interaction.

We had one punched tyre on Saturday, called them around lunch time (mind you they close at 4pm on Sat) and the older gentleman we spoke to was willing to take us in after we called few other locations without success. Dropped the car off within half an hour, probably around 1pm, and had the car ready and picked up from the same staff we spoke to just after 4. The cost was very reasonable, especially considering its on a Saturday, and the service was great. Highly recommend.

Hands-down the best tire shop I’ve been to in the area. Dropped by on a Saturday morning with a punctured tire. Despite not having an appointment, the team were incredibly helpful from the moment I stepped out of my car. The young lady at the counter was particularly friendly and welcoming. In just over an hour of handing over my keys, I received a text informing my car is ready for collection. Would highly recommend!

I came in on Monday morning to repair my punctured tyre urgently because I need to do something important for work and need my car. The staff was very friendly and extremely professional, they quickly fixed my tyre in an hour. Excellent job, I highly recommend Bob Jane Preston.

Had 4 new tyres replaced at Bob Jane Preston Feb. 2021 at 155,000km. They emailed me that I was due for tyre rotation and wheel alignment. Now at 187000 (less than 40000km) After inspection, was rung by Manager and told they couldn't do alignment or anything else unless I got 4 new tyres! My husband- a highly experienced mechanic himself - rang the Manager back to find out why. She said there was no tread"

The team at Bob Jane Preston were fantastic! So friendly & helpful.Came in for a patch and they had it done in less than an hour, even better, they did it free of charge! Such an amazing experience, will definitely be returning and referring.Thanks team, keep up the good work!

Called these guys and explained my situation and they were glad to help. Fit and balanced the tyres as they have the equipment and experience that very few other places have for wheels with no centre bores. A big thank you to Laurie for his expertise, Maddie for her help and Nathan for his extreme generosity.In and out in less than an hour, with professionalism and very pleasant attitudes. Unfortunately our tire was damaged and we had to change them. At 3pm we got to Bob Jane T-Marts Preston after visiting two other tire stores. Although they were busy, they tried to check our car. At 5pm the tire was fixed for only 45 AUD. A friendly young woman at the front desk, a nice man who fixed the tire and checked all the other tires. Perfect service! They made our day so we could continue on to Ocean Road. Great !!!!
