Alto Pacific - Sunshine Coast Pool Heating, Filtration & Chlorination

This company attempted to charge us an additional $400 in parts, which were never provided in a $600 plus invoice. Our body corporate has been using this company for a number of years and invoices have just been accepted. We had one of their technicians attend to a service call recently to fix a problem with a thermostat switch. This technician did not have spare parts and agreed to use the existing switch from the spa side (not being used). When we received the invoice we were charged for a new switch as well as a new thermostat (none of which were actually installed). I queried the invoice and the manager Geoff called me in an abusive rant saying he was offended by me questioning their invoice. I subsequently received written confirmation of their mistake. When their website expounds virtues of professionalism and honesty - this does leave a lot of questions.

Geoff and the team get the job done the right way, with great customer service and a smile. Highly recommended A++!!
