Excellent experience buying a home with Frank.I contacted Frank when I found a home I loved and wanted to submit an offer on. I realized I didn't know anything about the Australia house buying process (I'm a PR from the US) so thought I'd get professional help and talk to a buyers agent. Best decision ever. And best decision to go with Frank. He found the issues with the place I liked and then used my interest there to leverage a deal on an even better off-market opportunity in a better location. He put the seller on the defensive and ended up saving me more than 10% on my home in Bondi, which more than covered the costs of his services and stamp duty.
