Brad is simply wonderful.During the saddest time of our lives Brad was with us every step of the way, he ensured the last thing we could do for a very much loved Wife, Mum, Nan and Great Nan was done so well.Nothing was too much trouble and Brad's attention to the smallest details made all the difference. The ceremony flowed beautifully and it was a beautiful, dignified send off.We are so happy we chose Funerals and Farewells, we cannot recommend Brad highly enough.

During such a hard period Brad and his team were amazing. He listened to what we all wanted, none of our requests were to small or a problem. They were so helpful and they went that extra mile. I can't recommend Brad enough. My mother passed away unexpected through a covid lockdown, and I was in another state. Brad was so accommodating. When we were able to come together for our final goodbyes, Brad made everything easy and went out of his way to look after us all. Nothing was to much and everything was included. I had my father's funeral and I was very fortunate to have come across Funerals and Farewells. The amount of respect, the support and comfort my family and I recieved truly was amazing and made me feel instantly relaxed and at ease knowing my father was in good hands.I appreciate all the hard work, the step by step process of the funeral and the unwillingness to travel from A to B was absolutely outstanding. I cannot recommend Brad highly enough. He really went above and beyond in so many ways when my Dad passed away earlier in the year. He took care of many elements of the arrangements related to Dad's passing that I would have otherwise have been burdened with, and provided so much detail about how the service would go that there were no surprises on the day and everything went exactly as planned. He is extremely kind and caring, has excellent communication and is very transparent in his (very reasonable) pricing and exactly what his wonderful service includes.However, you cannot put a price on the ease and peace of mind that Brad provides - this is invaluable at a time of great sadness and is why I would recommend him to anyone.Thank you Brad.

Finding a funeral director isn’t easy, but after I spoke to Brad the decision was quite clear.He is very good at explaining the process and is very transparent about cost. He is also extremely compassionate at a time when you need sensitivity. I had a lot of confidence that he would manage the funeral professionally and that is exactly what happened. Nothing was too much trouble.He’s also a lot lower cost than many of the other (bigger) firms in Geelong who have many unexplained fees. Brad is upfront and what he quotes is what you pay.I couldn’t recommend him more; don’t bother talking to anyone else.

Brad and Jan provided our family with impeccable service when our father passed quite suddenly. Their personalised approach from the beginning made the world of difference when we were all in shock and grieving. From the five-hour round trip to collect Dad from regional Victoria to helping us navigate the consequences of restrictions, the team supported us through complicated circumstances. We felt a deep sense of comfort knowing Dad was being cared for with great respect. Brad and his team's meticulous attention to detail combined with their compassion and professionalism made us feel more than confident that Dad would receive the farewell that he wanted - and he did.
