Stock standard service station. Came here for the velocity points!

I have been coming here for few years now and the service provided is second to none and they have started serving Coffee now as well, perfect blend and awesome taste.

This evening I had to respond to an emergency and my car was desperately short on petrol with the fuel light on. I knew I would make it here before their advertised closing time at 10pm. I arrived with seven minutes to spare, all the lights were on inside and out. I jumped out, nozzle in the tank and stood there for a minute waiting for the pump to activate... Nothing. I approached the shop to ask the attendant to turn the pump on. He motioned that he was doing paperwork and they were closed. If your advertised closing time is 10pm, then you should be serving customers till then. That is the definition of being open. What happened tonight added a huge amount of stress to an already incredibly stressful night. This has been my preferred service station in Dural for 25 years. I will not spend another cent here.

Its a petrol station - what more can i say

This is a service station that has old fashioned friendliness. It's nice and clean and the fuel prices are ok. The staff are absolutely fantastic and so friendly and probably the best coffee in town.

I recently brought my car over for a service and pink slip, where I was charged 300+ for a bunch of light bulbs, a piece of rubber from the brake peddle ( they found a small crack on it) and a generic oil change with synthetic blend. Yesterday I was able to take a look at all the led bulbs they removed from the car, THEY ALL WORK except that two red led bulbs were missing from the collection. I put those leds back and ended up with a bunch of clear bulbs that I am happy to sell them back for a discount. Please contact me if you intend to do so. Don't forget to bring the two missing leds. They are very bright. Thanks.

Best customer service ever

Have been filling in this station from last 10 yrs but got a chance to experience the best customer service this morning. New guy but knows what’s he doing.
