Came across this gem in Mosman and it’s my new favourite! The range is great and the girls were so helpful and friendly! Very knowledgeable, patient and personable which is very hard to come by in the retail industry as most staff don’t really care for the personal customer experience. I usually do a lot of shopping online but I’m looking forward to coming back for the Christmas shopping in a few weeks to find some more gems.

Garment didn’t fit and they were unable to offer exchange or upsizing only credit note fir online shopping - this is illegal under fair trading rules fir consumers - be aware. And even if I buy another different garment on this credit note the same amount would apply - only works in store and consumer laws say a store must give an alternative if required. Unhappy shopping going elsewhere forMela Purdie brand.

I love the personal attention my wife receives when she shops here. It's not just shopping, it's an experience, I love visiting the store anytime I'm in the area. All the sales people here are exceptional. Great staff, amazing store. Love Classic Spirit

Very stuck up. I walked in today with a multi millionaire client. Ok, she was dressed in casuals. Sometimes she takes a day off from running two theatres, a Victorian resort, and a resort on the Great Barrier Reef. The two service women ignored her completely. When another woman walked in, they were all over her.Sorry ladies. Disgusting behaviour. Stuck up people are not our thing. Don’t judge a book by its cover. You could have made an awful lot in sales today. We took our business elsewhere, and I would recommend others do the same.

Dreadful online experience with Classic Spirit. The Mela Purdie pants I spent over $300 buying were too short. I requested a refund & was denied. I rang & emailed politely numerous times for a refund - I didn’t know my favourite pants had changed their leg length but they’re still refusing to give me my money back - it’s been 2 years! I don’t like anything else there to spend MY money on. I’m afraid to buy pants there again in case they’re too short. I can’t visit the store in person & I’m so upset by this experience that I can’t even look at their website. Their clothing bring me no joy. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone.

Love, love, love this store. The range is not overwhelming and everything mixes and matches to create an effortless wardrobe. Some pieces may be pricey but they last forever & are fantastic for travel. It's definitely my go-to store when I have a specific destination I need to prepare for, and I also love it for wardrobe 'staples' as the clothes stand the test of time, remain stylish and each season I can add a new twist.

Love this store. Great range. I am always able to find lots of new favourites to add to my wardrobe. The stuff are friendly and helpful and provide assistance to help me find the right pieces that suit my body. Also can't go past the accessories; bags, jewellery and scarves.
