Fatima from Eb Plenty Valley goes above and beyond, her service was really appreciated the other day when I came to collect my pre ordered PS5 (hardest thing to arrange over the past 6months) and they could not locate it in the store room. She ensured that it was sorted and I could not be more grateful! One happy teenager this Xmas and one very amazing employee at Eb games

We pre ordered Disney dinner sets, and staff could not find out in the store room area, so they gave us the ones on the floor. We got home and unpacked only to find that some dishes were broken. We went back to the store, and they happily changed over. Great practice and friendly staff.

I love eb games I always brought from them but unfortunately this store won’t go out their way for you. Some staff is very good some are not. I preordered resident evil 4 remake went to pick it up on the day of release. I was told it’s not unpacked yet and I have to wait for a message to come get it.Wouldn’t you open a box and hand it to me it’s not hard I revived a txt a day later. unfortunately they lost my trust went to jb got it for 20 bucks cheaper.

Bought a figurine from here and got home to discover the box was empty. I rang the store and spoke to an amazing worker who apologised and put a new one aside for me

Large space, lots of stuff but still kinda feels empty. Went in looking for Xbox controllers. They had display boxes on the shelf but we're actually out of stock. Could have put a note on the boxes. Lots of stuff cramped onto shelves... With that much space I'd have set up some demo stations for gamers maybe. Or just spread out displays a bit. Maybe just me. Was not a bad shopping experience but nothing fantastic either.

only store we buy blush toys and Tshirts. we used to EB games in Epping but not any more there closed down. Here we are check it out here. At first we browsing around then we like one blush we want to take, so line up what a long wait, taking so long get to the counter and first thing asking How are you? we wait so long and asked how I am? seriously?! you supposed saying sorry for the long waiting!so she trying to talk friendly and smiling but first part of your services skill is already damaged. Be better and work must faster next time having a long wait and que up people in store is no good with corona around. the less people in the store the Better. protect yourself and the customers it need to not to que up or long waiting.

Had me waiting ages at the counter for a game they missed labelled the price and expected me to pay some non advertised price and drive to another store to get it. How is it my fault your staff messed up. Time is money and the time you wasted of mine isn't fair. Manager was rude to her own staff right in front of customers, no apologies for my wasting my time. Customer service is a joke, do not recommend anyone take thier kids here

Paid for a clean on my PlayStation, told them NOT to update the console; I was told they will not even turn the console on as its just a clean, turns out, they updated the console and played as well as downloaded 2 games on my console; which was not instructed to do, don’t trust this place with your consoles.
