I would like to sincerely thank Dolphin Funerals for their support and organising a flawless service. At such an overwhelming time for us as a family the last thing we wanted to be stressed about was funeral arrangements. Ben was there for me every step of the way to guide me, answer questions and help with organising. I honestly can't fault them. All communication was extremely prompt and Ben would take the time to talk to me after hours as I would be at work throughout the day. He offered to support me in every avenue including the testing and setting of music, presentation etc for the day to ensure that it was working properly for the service. He was also able to help us order a customised urn for ashes. Thank you very much.

Ben handled my father in laws funeral from beginning to end with compassion and respect. He is very experienced and helped us navigate through a very sad time when we did not know what we were doing. I would recommend Ben and Dolphin Funerals to anyone.

From the moment we called to arrange our Moms funeral, Ben showed great empathy and interest in our mother, asking about her interests, life, and achievements. It could feel overwhelming when a special person passes away sooner than expected, ad you have to assist create a service to help loved ones remember them. The funeral preparations and service both went off without a hitch with the help of these guys. We can't rate it because we don't have any comparable experiences, but we did feel taken care of.
