Top notch!!Very spacious,water views,very organised.There is a lot of attention to detail.Kitchen has every sort of utensils and tools that a normal household would use for cooking,bedrooms are spacious with extra storage space,well maintained,heaters and extra blankets available for every bedroom.Toilets are pretty well managed,again spacious and organised.Great classic-heritage feel to the place.very relaxing and not even feeling clunky with more than 10 people in the house at once.Plenty of room for children and their dormitory style room was very convenient.Waterviews from upstairs over a quiet evening with a glass of wine is to die for.Overall,a fantastic place to have a great few days to wind down.will re-visit and stay again if we get a chance.

Beautiful house, in a great location. Perfect for our 3 x families - excellent and well equipped kitchen, plenty of comfortable living space, beautiful bedrooms. Excellent base for sightseeing Albany and surrounds, and close to shopping.
