The team at Laundry Box did an amazing job on fixing a previously poor alteration done by a different business on an high quality suit. I was hesitant in having someone try to do the repair but I paid so much for the suit that I couldn't bare to leave it hanging in my wardrobe any more. The work Laundry box has done, makes it look and feel like the suit I purcahsed! Thanks Laundry Box!

Massive shout out to Laundry Box couldn't ask for a better Dry Cleaners.I gave them some challenging jobs removal of stains and some alterations.I had some old jackets my father gave me and they brought them back to life.Great customer service, reasonably pricedand punctual.Thanks again.forever grateful

My first time using Laundry box and they where brilliant. Very quick turn around, kind and relaxed but efficient. My stained trench coat came out looking brand new, I was very pleased. They look like they have created an old achool / new school approach with their services and set up.Would recommend and I will continue to use!

Service was quick. Price for shirt is very reasonable. however for polo is $16, which quite expensive but I'm happy to pay.The oil stains on my polo didn't come off even though i have mentioned this while dropping the polo off. I don't hv time to bring it back to the shop so I've tried cleaning it with sard wonder soap, and the oil did came off. Ironing job isn't the greatest but not too bad either.3 stars because they definitely are better than some dry cleaners but there are plenty of room for improvement. Staffs were really nice.

One Star is even too much!!! 0/5 STARS!! Very disappointed customer, will be taking this further to the ACCC after getting nowhere with them directly. This company is far from a reputed company. I am beyond upset. I trusted this organic" company with a beloved irreplaceable dress and they damaged it while in their care. Furthermore they accused me of bringing in the dress damage - which was not the case. They said they took photos but the date of the photos was later than when I initially brought the item in. They had 2 days of unaccounted time

I run a DIY Blinds and Esenar which are both window furnishing businesses. I send all my customers in VIC to Laundry Box. They're not only knowledgable and do an incredibly job on a variety of fabric types, they offer old school service that makes them an absolute delight to work with. Photos attached of happy customers curtains being rehung after they'd been cleaned by the team at Laundry Box.Side note/disclaimer. Always check that the fabric is suitable for dry cleaning, and ask for care instructions from where ever you've sourced your curtains :)

I had a water leak in my wardrobe and it created mould on 2 of my leather jackets and also on a fitted Winter coat. I was feeling pretty worried if my jackets and coat could ever be restored to their former glory.But, after doing quite a bit of 'research' on good ole 'Dr Google', I found the perfect fix! Jeans never fit me but I need them for a new job and tried my luck with this store. I purchased three and picked up all three the next day, all altered really strong and like they had been bought like that and staff so polite and helpful!! Highly recommend, also take a look into their organic dry cleaning, the process is crazy!!! Love your work guys keep it up!!!!!!
